With over 600+ hours of training and over 10+ years of teaching experience, Natasha invites you back to your body.

My teaching brings play, levity, joy, and exploration to the forefront — making movement accessible, experiential, free, and fun.

Movement can be serious, but there is freedom in moving our bodies in the ways in which we intuitively know how — or simply because it is fun.

As a former collegiate athlete and classically trained pilates instructor, I have moved with and taught many bodies throughout my life.

My formal movement experiences & education continue to support my teaching, and I am grateful for the spaces and places that have shaped my approach. As a perpetual student turned teacher, I continue to seek out education and training.

Today, my movement ethos explores intersections across modalities — strength training, mobility, yoga, pilates, dance, and improvisational movement — to bring the human, playful, and more elemental experiences into the room. Let’s move for joy!
